Hi there, My name is Santosh and I am a professional, 29, male, single, friendly, easy going, peace loving person with clean habits, I do not smoke and am working with a reputed bank in Southwark. I am relatively new to London and I have recently relocated from New Delhi, India. I need one bedroom on flatshare basis or studio for long term in nearby area, commutable distance within 30 min. from Southwark and in the budget of £500-600 per month. I am currently living in Southwark area in a serviced apartment and I need to shift by 5th Nov 2011. I would want a furnished accomodation with all basic amenities like - a medium size single or double bed, washing machine, fridge, stove/gas, and access to kitchen as would prefer to cook my own food. I would be happy to share the flat with like minded, friendly professionals (male or female) in the age group of 25-40.
