The apartment has washer and dryer inside the apartment only because I asked for it not all of the apartments have washer and dryer inside you will have the privilege to wash your clothes inside of your own home. The apartment is larger it has balcony you can have a garden, the bathroom has a door between the shower and sink so you don’t have to worry about waiting for the other person to finish using the bathroom, the bedroom has a large closet and Juliet balcony, the kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, with plenty of space to store things, the dining room is large, high ceilings in all of the apartment the most important safe community. The apartment has many pools 🏊♀️ for you to choose, hot tubs, tennis 🎾 courts, private parking, private parks for kids 👶🏻and pets 🐶 mailboxes, Amazon delivery at your apartment door, privileges to enter THE LAKE MISSION VIEJO FOR FREE FOR RESIDENTS ONLY, hiking trails 🏃♀️mountain views 🌞,Groceries stores across the street, restaurants, post offices and many other places the most of all privacy.
