Looking for a female roommate to sign a 8 month lease in a 2bed 2 bath apartment. I have been living in this apartment for the past 2 years. My current roommate is leaving fot Cali by end of September. The room that is available is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The apartment is in a gated secured community called Rotonda in Tyson's corner. The rent is $1070. Utilities excluding the rent are internet and electricity.
