Hello,I am looking to rent a room (to a working professional) with attached bath in a brand new single-family house available immediately, located in a safe, gated and quiet neighborhood close to Walmart and Publix in York, SC near Lake Wylie. You will have your own spacious and well lit room located in 2nd floor with queen bed and new 12 inches thick mattress. Currently one person stays in the house, having his own separate room with whom you'll share utilities and common areas.High speed ~1 GBPS internet with optical cables, Comporium being the provider.The Gourmet kitchen is equipped with gas cooktop, microwave and oven.There is washer and dryer in the house. Non-street car parking is included. Rent is 760 pm with 300 as security deposit, utilities are separate. Month-to-month with 2 weeks notice. Vegetarian preferred. No smoking, pets or parties please.
