It is a very clean, quite and a great neighborhood area. I am looking for someone who will respect the property, responsible and who cleans their place. Please I am looking for serious renter. You need to give me some proof that you are real. Kitchen and Bathroom will be common. I am looking for someone with 6 months lease. If that person wants to extend, I would be more than happy to make a new lease. The room is for $650 per month including Utilities and Wifi connection.
