I have a room to share. Its in 2 miles radius of route 29 and route 100 and 3 miles radius of interstate 95. Transits: Howard County. Shuttles: DC and/or Baltimore. All walking distances (0.5 miles). Looking for a mature person who will respect the house as if it was theirs. Preferred late 20's to early to mid 30's age. Must be able to provide references of payment history if requested. House has three bathrooms. Master bedroom has its own full bathroom. Other two rooms need to share full bathroom. The half bathroom is at the first level. Smoking outside of house only and strictly no pets. Not a party or flop house. Preferably South Asian.You'd like it if you are in short assignment in Columbia or Baltimore or DMV metro area this is perfect house. Keeping house clean is the utmost priority. The house has laundry and big basement.
