Indianroommates does not endorse any listing. We do not make any representations as to individual character, credit worthiness, rental history or ability to pay rent or provide accommodation.

Indianroommates CANNOT be held responsible for any events that transpire through use of our service. It is each member`s responsibility to determine the character and acceptability of any prospective roommate, tenant or landlord. Indianroommates is not and will not be responsible for error or omissions that may occur, consequential or otherwise.

Indianroommates reserves any and all rights to intellectual property and copyright laws. We reserve the right to refuse to list any member for any reason, or to edit content, should we feel it is inappropriate for our service. We will do so especially if any inconsistencies, untruths or any attempt to harass or defraud us or any of our members or potential members are found. Any client who is de-activating for such reason will not be entitled to any service fee refund of any kind. Furthermore, should infringement and criminal activity violate the integrity of our service or business, we will press charges. Such includes illegal use of the information we provide, distribution of the list for any purpose other than for the individual, personal use of finding a roommate. The use and distribution of the Indianroommates name, reputation, information, content in any medium or web page may not be used in any way (other than for personal intended use of finding a roommate or a tenant an apartment) without the expressed, written consent of Indianroommates. Punitive damages of $10,000 per occurrence (login, search or listing copy) will be charged along with potential legal recourse.

Post becoming Premium Member the best use of this site can be made by sending mails to type of people the member is looking for. To facilitate the search of Premium member and help them, indianroommates reserves all right to pass on the information of the registered user to people whom they feel appropriate.
