Available private bedroom with shared bathroom in 3 Bed 2 Bath house. Searching for someone to take over my current roommates lease from September. Lease ends in May, 2021. Monthly rent is $1250 excluding utilities which should be around $50 per month. You will be added to the lease. One time deposit of $1250 to be transferred to the roommate that is leaving. We are planning to extend the lease in 2021 so you can expect to stay longer. The house is located in Santa Clara, CA 95051 close to El Camino Real. Easy access to bunch of grocery stores(Target, Sprouts are at 5mins driving distance) and restaurants. The house is 1550 sq ft in size, with a big backyard. Backyard has a small vegetable garden as well as lemon and orange trees. Most of the house is already furnished so you won’t need to get anything. You will have a private room, and share the house with two other professionals and a very friendly dog (2 year old golden retriever). My roommates work in top tech companies, they like to cook often at home and also like to socialize. For parking, we have plenty of parking space in front of the house or in the garage(2 car garage)Looking for a roommate who is clean and is cooperative in general.
