Fully furnished individual house inside a gated community at Singanallur. Quite and peaceful place right inside the city in a natural environment. Good place for mornings walks and exercise routines. The community has 24x7 Security, standby genset and all other basic needs that are required. As a paying guest you will be sharing the house with me. I am 55 years old and perfectly healthy. Living, dining and kitchen which are on the ground floor has to be shared with me and you can cook your own food as the kitchen is fully functional. I have a separate bedroom in the ground floor. You will be provided with the whole first floor which consists of two separate big balconies, a living room, a bedroom with attached shower and restroom. Lockable cup-board is available in the bedroom. There is also an usable terrace on the second floor. All the amenities required for living are available and you don't have to bring anything other than your personal belongings. Rent is inclusive of everything. 10 min and 5 min drive to Singanallur bus stand and Farmer's market respectively. 20 min drive to Tidel park and most of the education institutes, shopping and groceries places are at a reachable distance. House will be available from 1st Oct 2019. As surroundings and interiors are mesmerizing, I am pretty sure you will enjoy every day staying at my place.
