Hi! I'm looking for a private room in a shared house in New York city with a ~30 minute commute to 25th Street Manhattan. I need it for 3 months June to August. I'm a Master's student, 24M, finishing up my internship in New York City, can share employment details for financial stability, have family support as well. I'm pretty clean and can hold a conversation on any topic but often prefer minding my business. I am vegetarian, don't smoke/drink, don't have any pets and haven't had any issues with landlords ever in the past. Hope to find something that works!
