Hi,I have recently moved into a 3-bedroom property near Three Bridges station. This is 30 mins by train from London Bridge station (3 stops in between). Looking for 2 individuals (or 1 person and a couple) to share the house. One large double bedroom – £600 (750 for couples)One small double bedroom – £500 (650 for couples)The rent above is all inclusive bills (internet, gas electricity, Water, Council tax and rubbish collection)A decent size garden to the rear. One toilet on the ground floor and one w/c on the first floor. A common living in /dining room with TV. and broad band available.Next stop to the Gatwick airport. Hence would be a perfect home for someone working in Gatwick or commuting to the city.30 minutes commute to the city.4 minutes’ walk to the station.2 minutes’ walk to Iceland and lidl supermarket10 minutes’ walk to 24 hour( currently closes at 10 due to the covid situation) Tesco.Currently 1 flatmate living. - Indian ethnic (Kerala Origin).
