malaysian, indian, lady, professional at NUS. Looking for a room to rent (at most 30 mins travel by public transport to NUS). Max budget is S$600 including bills. Room - no sharing, need aircon (no restrictions on time of usage pls) and wifi, use of washing machine max 2 times a week, light cooking, visitor (family 1 person) allowed but very rarely.
