Rent is negionable somewhat. I work away and will only be home half the time. I need someone to look after my cat and dog when I am away at work. 500 per month includes all ultilities including unlimited reliable fast wifi. There is verge and driveway parking available. Bus stop within 50 metres, shops and the beach are 10 to 15 mins walk away, indian restaurant, kebab shop and medical centre, Cafe and kebab shop within less than 5 minutes walk. A study in the front of the house and an extra tv in a spare room. You will have your own room with a fan and your own bathroom and toilet.
