Hi,I have an executive room/bedspace, fully furnished ,available in my second bedroom for an executive bachelor. The room is spacious with 2 single beds, mattresses, study tables, chairs and individual wardrobes all made to order. There is a separate full bath along with the room and additional common half toilet along with the drawing room.The common areas include a big drawing room, huge kitchen, big laundry room and a half toilet. All the rooms are well ventilated and have huge attached balconies including the drawing room.The flat is fully furnished with all amenties, furniture and electronics for which I am not charging anything extra. Has an 8mbps unlimited Wifi, E-life, Central AC etc. The building is central AC, well maintained and has a gym, pool, sauna and steam room.Would prefer a calm, decent , hygienic executive Indian bachelor/single person looking for quality living at affordable rate. No smoking and drinking inside the flat.
