A SUNNY FURNISHED ROOM WITH A SEA VIEW AND DIRECT ACCESS TO LARGE BALCONY. We are mature, clean, tidy and quiet women (working and studying) who like our own peace and quiet. We like reading, photography and gardening. Because our long term flatmate graduated we need a new flatmate. The weekly rent ($280) covers internet, power, water, swimming pool and gym. No parking. We could consider occasional shared cooking. Everybody looks after the home (cleans, takes rubbish out etc) to keep it nice and tidy. There is a window cleaner coming in to do the windows separately.
