Looking for a roommate to occupy a single room in a semi-furnished 2BHK flat. -> Flat has 2 balconies overlooking the 27th Main Road and further open military area.-> Adjacent to 27th Main Road. So all facilities like grocery stores, restaurants, gym are very close as 27th Main Road is among the best places in HSR.-> 2 bathrooms with geyser are present. -> Flat is very spacious and well ventilated.-> Building has power backup and lift facility. Flat is on 2nd floor.-> No restrictions posed by owner as he lives away.Rent : 10k (Including maintenance and water bill)Deposit : 50kBrokerage : 10k (As i got it through a broker)Also, if we both decide to get furniture (2 queen size beds with mattress, 1 sofa, 1 refrigerator) on rent, it will come up to 2300/month.
