We are looking for a flatmate for a 3BHK apartment. We are two friends sharing the apartment currently. Each one of us will have a separate room.We are having :- 32'' television XBOX 360 Fridge Sound systemApart from the above mentioned home appliances, the apartment is having one swimming pool, gym and a common play ground.The room mentioned above is 14 feet x 10 feet with an attached bathroom and two huge cupboards.Monthly rent will be around 6200/- INR including maintenance. Deposit amount to be paid is 40000/- INR. Other day to day expenses (e.g. newspaper, housemaid,electricity bill etc.) will have to be borne by three.
