A cozy room with attached bathroom in a spacious condominium is available from end of December. The apartment is very comfortable, and is located in a condo with lot of bright light and greenery.The condo is 10 mins walk from Clementi MRT Station and is very well connected with several bus to the city and MRT stations. It is occupied by two Indians and one Italian. All of us a vegetarians. We have a full-fledged kitchen with oven etc. You are free to cook and use our utensils provided you don't use it for non-vegetarian cooking.The room has semi king size bed so it is ok for 2 pax to occupy.The condo have-1) Squash Court 2) Two Tennis Courts 3) Large swimming pool (deepest side 2m deep) 4) Gymnasium 5) Billiards room 6) Table Tennis room 7) 24 hours security 8) 2 BBQ pits 9) Small lake with turtles and Koi fish (this is mentioned just to emphasize on how green and spacious the place is) 10) Have a great cycling and running route nearby.The place is available however lease can be extended. Feel free to get in touch with us and check out the place.
