Details of Apartment
-Two bedrooms, reasonably sized. Completely furnished.
-Common dining-cum-living room with couches, centre table and a flat-screen television (I have my own LCD as well, so the common one may be used exclusively by you).
-Common kitchen.
-Attached bathroom with each bedroom.
-Parking space available for one vehicle (I don’t own a car, so it’s all yours).
Rent of Rs. 30,000 per month, meaning Rs. 15,000 per head. Two months’ rent as deposit and one month’s rent as brokerage to be shared.
House Rules (Applicable to myself as much as the other resident)
(i) Smokers and drinkers preferred. Common area to be available for both.
(ii) Visitors expected at late hours.
(iii)Bedrooms are private and, in the absence of the concerned resident, off-limits to the other resident.
(iv) Television and music may and will be playing at odd hours. Volume will be kept within reasonable limits, but requests to turn off completely shall be summarily ignored.
(v) While visitors may and probably shall be staying overnight, extended visits from relatives/friends are subject, in entirety, to veto rights vested with the other resident.
(vi) No clothes/utensils/books/trash to be left in common area at any point of time. Common area to be kept pristine. Your bedroom is none of my business, save for damage to furniture, which will have to be compensated for with immediate effect, and not left to be deducted out of the deposit.
(vii) Grocery expenditure to be divided on the basis of actuals, and not on an equal division basis.
