1 room available in a 2bhk residential apartment in model town 2, the property is located at just 5 min walk from the model town metro. the property is park facing and the flat is semi furnished..We are 3 tenants living in the house and 1 of them are leaving the house.. total rent of the flat is 12000/- which is to be shared among 3 tenants, therefore i am looking for 1 more tenants to share the house .Particulars about the flat : The property is adjacent to model town market and the rooms have amenities like mosiac flooring, separate almirah in each room , attach toilet and windows in all the rooms. along with this the apartment has 2 balconies and kitchen ...
