i have a fully furnished room in vasant kunj.tired of living with messy and party roommates.be a student or a working professional,prove it with an id proof or a recent payslip.my room is a mid sized one but i try to keep it as clean as possible.no drugs or ciggerates are allowed in the house.you can do it but not in the room.i am a working professional,AGED 22.who is bored most of the times for living alone is too much of a bore for me.i am quiet easy going(at times).AMENITIES IN THE FLAT:TELEVISIONFRIDGEAIR CONDITIONERGEYSERALL THE KITCHEN UTENSILSMAID FOR COOKING,CLEANING,WASHING CLOTHESTHERE IS ONE ALMIRAH WHICH CAN BE SHARED.*expenses for the utilisation of the aforementioned amenities is extra(not included with the rent mentioned)
