Hi friends I am looking for South Indian(Karnataka preferably),,decent and studious roommate for my very newly rented brand new one room,kitchen and rest room and washroom flat.....I m the first tenant to this brand new flat but as I am a native of Karnataka ,i prefer only south indian clean and decent roommate and should be an IAS aspirant and rent is to cheap i.e,,3750 +electricity for one person as total rent is 8000 and first month you have to pay 8k but from 2nd month it ll be 3,750
