I am currently occupying this flat , as my roommate and brother are leaving i am suppose to share this flat with two other people. Rooms are quite nice, not too fancy but it feels good, we have running system for maid, cleaning etc. It includes :RentMeals and Maid Charges.,Electricity WiFi- PhoneWater PurifierFridgeGeyserAbout me: Ashutosh Pandey, currently pursuing CA Final, peaceful and fun kind of person but currently highly engage in classes and all that. Landlord had provided us some basic amenities such as bed, fan, table, chairs . However, the rent is 9000 which will increase by 10% after Dec-Jan.15 under new contract, Electricity with all running items comes around 2000 , Maid Charges currently 2200 for 3 person, well i need to change maid. Wifi MTNL plan of 910, we can change later on and These will add up to approx. 6500 per person including meals. This area is not noisy as in front section of laxmi nagar, It is near J & K Block or can say behind Lalita Park, nice locality. It is Ground Floor Flat with 2 Entry/Exit gates, one is separate for flat.
