two-bed room non-ac ground floor flat in Kamla Nagar where I pay 15000 for a month. A little more about the flat:1. RO drinking water2. Western toilet3. 24 hours water4. A maid has been working here for over seven years 5. Enough space to keep books and cloths6. Marble floor7. Call bell at the door8. Wifi- high speed Airtel broadband 9. Pulbangash and University metro station at five minutes ride10. The best market around the university campus- Kamla Nagar- at 1 minute walking distance11. LPG gas connection 12. Fridge 13. Washing Machine14. Landline phone for incoming calls only15. Ground Floor- this means it is neither too hot during summer nor too cold in winter16. Well furnished ( not even kitchen items are required as there is already enough)Negatives:1. No parking place2. Non-veg food/ smoking/ drinking/ loud music/ party/ pet not allowed3. Insufficient light during the day4. Only Airtel network works here
