I have recently moved to an aprtment in Five Dock on a 12 month lease. However due to work related changes, I am required to move overseas for a period of 12 months starting in August. I am looking for someone to take over the lease for the period. Complex has pool,Secure Car park and a nice balcony in the apartment. Very Peaceful and lots of sun.
