Hello....i am living in a 2BHK flat in Shipra sun city, with 1 room mate, and i need 1 more person to live with ous, rent is 13000/3=4333 Rs per head, Maintenance and power backup cost with electricity bill is =2400/3=800 per head, we have hired a maid for cooking, cleaning and clothes washing ( Optional), no other society charges.i have LED TV ( 32 inches), refrigerator, 3 beds, and all kitchen stuff.So anybody who is interested for sharing can contact me directly on my phone no, and per the discussion you can visit and decide after having a look in society and flat.
