apartment is well equipped with all basic amenities like Personal closets,
fridge, toaster, RO filter water,Internet,TV / cable, 24x7 water and electricity
with all backups, tea /coffee maker, microwave.
We provide all housekeeping facilities, Fresh lenin, Quilts, Room cleaning,
washing and ironing of clothes. All included in the monthly rent. Our monthly
rent for single occupancy of one bedroom is Rs 15,000/-. Twin Sharing is 10,000
per person.
As per the terms and conditions:
We take one months rent as security deposit +One months rent in advance.
In case of extension of stay we require one months advance notice.
All our Guests have to submit 3 passport size photographs along with 3
photocopy of ID Proof (Preferably Passport).
