Our PG Accommodation is in S Block, House No S- 473, GK One. It is a fully furnished 2 BHK studio apartment, fully maintained by us. Our apartment is walking distance from M block market.. 1 Km from Nehru Place. 10 Km away from Connaught Place. Our apartment is well equipped with all basic amenities like Personal closets, fridge, toaster, RO filter water, TV / cable 24x7, water electricity 24x7 with all backups, tea /coffee maker, microwave. We provide all housekeeping facilities, Fresh lenin, Quilts, Room cleaning, washing and ironing of clothes. All included in the monthly rent. Our monthly rent for single occupancy of one bedroom is Rs 15,000/-. Twin Sharing is 9,000 per person. As per the terms and conditions: We take one months rent as security deposit +One months rent in advance. In case of extension of stay we require one months advance notice.
