1 Bedroom Available In 2 Bed Apartment In Blair Mill Village. This is a 2 bedroom apartment and is close to a lot of workplaces. Also lots of shopping. Walmart 0.5 miles, Costco / Willow Grove mall - 3 miles, Acme / Bank / Burger king - walkable (next door). There seems to be a shortage of apartments availability around this area, as it is a sought after residential area / school district. Looking for a quiet flat mate and no visitors to be brought at any time during the stay tenure. No pics as somebody is living in the room, but please come by and look for yourself. I prefer that. It is available from Aug 1st 2022.I am a friendly guy, don't drink / smoke. Ideal room mate would be a working professional who commutes to work from here. You will have your own separate bedroom, and common use of kitchen and bathroom. All work including phone usage to be restricted to your own room, except for kitchen access. The living room will be in use by me, and I WFH, You will find a willing partner for sports and outdoor activities, if interested.
