One room is available for twin sharing basis in a 3 BHK apartment near KIMS hospital Kondapur. The apartment is well furnished ; has fully setup kitchen,washing machine,AC,power backup,WifI (free) , TV . The bathroom isn't attached but it is just across the room. The room is also having 2 balconies. It would be great if the prospective roommate is also a south indian , as all of us are south Indians.
