Double room in one of the best areas in Leeds(LS17) at commuting distance to Leeds City Centre==================================================================We have a double bedroom available to rent in a well-presented semi-detached house which is in one of the best area of Leeds - Alwoodley. The house briefly comprises: Entrance porch, entrance hallway, lounge open plan to the dining room, modern fitted kitchen, three bedroom and a bathroom. The house has a nice front and back yard and car parking for 2 cars in front of house in the drive way. House has good access to local transport networks and amenities. It is 20 minutes by bus/car from the City centre and has excellent bus frequency(bus route 7/7A, every 5 to 10 minutes). Tesco and Sainsbury supermarkets are walking distance from the house. We are looking for a female studying for her Masters or working. We are friendly and very helpful so if you are looking for a home away from home this will be ideal.
