The room is nice with fully furnished, gas central heating, smoke and burglar alarms. It also comes with microwave, gas oven, washing machine,tumble dryer, bread toaster and a mixer. The house is closer to both the Universities- Leeds and Leeds Met. Also, it is closer to the leisure park and two very good Indian restaurants. There are loads of other eat outs as well. To top all these features it is closer to cheaper super-markets like Netto and Iceland, which I am sure will be a big bonus to your monthly expenses. The room has new 2.1 Stereo speakers and new DeLonghi panel heater, both of which I bought. I can consider selling it to the one who needs them. The house also has 10 Mbps broadband speeds, which the guys are considering to upgrade to 20 Mbps; a garden( if you would like to maintain).Two Indian guys who are there are lively and fun loving. To enjoy all these benefits all you have to dish out is only 200 a month excluding bills plus 250 Pounds deposit (which will be refunded once the contract is over).
