The room I have to let is in a 2 bed 2 bath flat which is in a secure gated development, its literally a 2 minute walk to Shadwell tube station. This provides a very attractive commuter location with access to Bank, Tower Hill, Canary Wharf, Shoreditch and Canada Water. There are also buses which go to Canary Wharf, Liverpool St, Old St, Shoreditch and St Paul's, all within 20 minutes during peak hours.
The room comes with a private bathroom, is furnished, with a double bed, bedside table which has 3 drawers, a desk with chair, and a solid pine wardrobe with 2 doors and a standing mirror. There is a shared living and dining area and kitchen with all appliances fitted.
I'm looking for £630 rent per month(neg if I find the right flatmate), which includes water bill and property managment charges. On top the bills usually come to £55 per month each and includes electricity, broadband, and council tax.
I am a graduate studying medicine and about to start my final year, I am very tidy and do not live the expected student lifestyle. Cleanliness is very important to me, I will be studying a lot but I don't have my face buried in books 24/7!
