We are a British Muslim household. Looking to rent our single room. We are 20 mins walk to Wimbledon (10 mins by bus). Raynes Park station is a 15 mins walk (5 mins by bus). Morden station is a 5 mins bus ride or 15 mins walk. Bus stops located outside the house. Ample on street parking - no resident parking. The rent includes all bills & wifi is included. We have a cat and would be looking for someone who is cat friendly. Full use of the kitchen and a dedicated space within the fridge and a kitchen cupboard (Halal only). Looking for a PROFESSIONAL person, in full time work. Also located nearby are shopping facilities (Co-Op, Post Office, Sainsbury's, Lidl, Iceland and other local grocery stores). Would suit a quiet young person, as the households are professionally working. References will be required.
