I have my large bedroom (about 15'' x 18'') in a huge 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom top floor flat with excellent transport connections. The bedroom also has massive storage space. In addition, if you wish I can leave some linen, quilts, etc. The flat is fully furnished and you would have your own non-sharing bathroom also. The flat is also huge, in fact there are very few of this size in London, it has got a very spacious hall -sized living room and a good sized, fully equipped kitchen. It is about 1200 sq feet internal area and also has a roof terrace. The flat is in an excellent location with great transport links. It is about 6 minutes walk to Finchley Road (not Finchley Central), on Zone 2, Jubilee Line, or 10 minutes walk to Hampstead, Zone 2, Northern Line. Either get you into the heart of the West End or City/bank district in 15-20 minutes. If you want to go to Canary Wharf, that is a bit longer but is direct train from Jubilee line also. 5 minutes walk is also a very large Sainsbury''s (supermarket) and other shops and restaurants. It''s great for virtually any part of London; a lot of LBS people live here because you can get to LBS in 15-20 minutes door to door. My flatmate and I work in the city and the west end, and this is very convenient for that. Also 10 minutes walk, and to be appreciated, is Hampstead Village, a beautiful part of London, with Hampstead Heath (which if you get time, is not to be missed!). Hampstead tube station also gets you into the heart of the city in 20 minutes. Go to maps.google.co.uk and type in NW3 6BJ to see where it is (the arrow is a little off, it''s closer to Finchley road than it suggests, but you will get the picture) You would be sharing with Arjun, who is an easy going, LBS alumnus also. He is also away much of the time and so you would have it all to yourself. I am seeking £250 per week All Inclusive of bills (water, gas, electricity, telephone, 8mb broadband and a cleaner who comes every two weeks) and council tax also included (usually the council tax is £110 per month alone) so this represents a good discount.">
