It is just 50 mts away from Lorong Chuan MRT (circle line, 1 stop away from both searangoon or bishan interchange)!!! Condo has all facilities like gym, sauna, tennis courts, squash court, basketball court, TT, restaurant, depart,emtal store, saloon, swimming pool, splash pool etc. I am an Indian professional, working in singapore for an american company. Looking for a housemate (preferably Indian) as my earlier house mate is getting married and has opted to move out. Costs for all utilities will be shared.
