Hi Everyone, I am living in a two bedroom unit in Macquarie Park. This place is just 5 minutes from Macquarie Centre, right in between Macquarie Park & Macquarie University Railway station. The bus stop is couple of minutes away from the apartment. Easy access to Buses 292 & 545. Closer to all Business Parks. (Optus, Sony, Toshiba, Ericson ) Facilities at the apartment : Fully furnished Rooms. Secure apartment. Large moderately furnished living room with LCD TV etc. Clean Kitchen with Fridge, microwave & dishwasher. A Laundry room furnished with Washing Machine & Dryer. And the most essential a shared Bathroom:)) We also have a closed garage that we could share. Now a little about me, I am a professional working as an Engineer in Macquarie Park. I am a very friendly, enthusiastic Indian. I am a vegetarian and would really love to have a flat mate who's also a vegetarian but however not mandatory. I do like to have a clean house, so a hand in cleaning would be really appreciated. With regards to the bills, Everything is transparent. Weekly rent for the apartment is $425. ADSL is $60 a month. So all these will be shared. So the rent works out to be $ 212 / week and $30 for Internet . Electricity will be shared once in 3 months. ( Normally, the electricity bill comes to $ 375 - 400 for 3 months, so this bill will be shared ). I think I have covered everything, now is the time for you to have a look at this place. See u soon.
