Bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and washing machine. Separate toilet. Quiet area, permit free, untimed parking in street. 2 minute walk to shops 3 minutes to trams on Dandenong Road. There's a park right next door. Owner is travelling for 6 months and can share for a few months more after return.Fridge, micro, 106cm TV, blu ray player, 2 bicycles, bedding, water, gas and electricity all included.
