I live in a 2 bedroom house and am looking for a female(s) housemate for one bedroom. I am a 24yo Indian female non-smoker and a non-drink. I like interacting and getting to know people but at the same time I need my space. I do however would like an occassional meal together and chat/socialise sometimes. However, strictly no to partying at home. Non-drinker and non-smoker preferred.The house is fully furnished except for your room. The room is located 20 mins from the city in a quite and safe residential area. Very close to the tram, train and bus stop :) . The shopping areas are not far either. It is a 15 minute walk to the Queens park in Moone Ponds. Close to a few fitness centres as well.I am currently in the bigger room, but if there are two of you I could take up the smaller room (then the rent would be $100.0p/w each). The bills will be shared (gas, electricity and internet). You should be willing to apply for tenancy with the rental agency. Bond equal to one month's rent is required.*The rent is negotiable.
