Hi EveryoneThere is one single room available in Camberwell and we need someone to move in ASAP. - Currently there are 4 people staying in the house in 2 of the rooms. 2 NZ Indians, 1 French guy and 1 English girl. - Single room is available from today.- The cost of the room will be the total rent split between the 5 which works out to be about $90 pw- Bills are separate. - Internet is available. $90 per month split between all flat mates. - The flat is very close to the 75 tram stop. (Across the road). It takes about 25 mins in the tram to get to Flinders street.- Its a 10-12 minute walk to the Camberwell station. 15 mins to city in the train. - Camberwell junction is only a 5 min walk. There are banks, cafes, restaurants, target, Coles, Woolworths and rivoli cinema all around the junction. - The house has all the basic necessities. (Fridge, TV and washing machine).- The room has a built in wardrobe.- The room comes with a queen size mattress.- There are 2 toilets and 1 bathroom in the house.
