Punjabi family wants to share a good sized double storey 3 bed room townhouse with an indian / punjabi girl or couple. The house is a blessing for those dependant on public transport, as it is walking distance to the train station. Watergardens shopping Centre is also within easy reach by foot.Out of the 3 bedrooms, I occupy the other two and am looking for some clean vegetarian person to occupy the third bedroom. The room being offered is standard size with a ceiling fan, a large mirrored Built in Robe and a separate personal bathroom/toilet, which you do not have to share with anybody. The house has a laundry and a good sized back yard, as well. Parking for car is also available.The rent for a single person is $500 and for a couple is $600 per calendar month (excluding bills). Advance rent and $600 bond needs to be paid.
