We have got a 2 bedroom flat. One of the room is shared by 2 people (Working) and other one is having one tenant already (Unimelb Masters Student) and one vacancy. We are looking for an Indian vegetarian (can eat non-veg but not prepared in house) guy who can mange in a shared room. We share the rent and the bills equally (bills are very minimal including everything (electricity, water, internet) as shared by 4 people). There is WiFi internet, a common hall with sofa and TV. Kitchen is electric and well equipped with all utensils, microwave and fridge. Also there is parking space available. You will have to pay AUD 350 per month as rent and your share in bills. No bond is needed to be paid.Bus and tram stop at 2 minutes walk and train station too at walking distance. Email/Call me if you want to arrange an inspection.
