We are a Hindu Couple (Me & My Husband). Have recently purchased an independent 3 bedroom house in Lalor Subrub.This house consist of 3 bedroom,1 kitchen, 1 Bathroom with seperate toilet, Laundary,Drive way with 3 car capacity.We a have a spare room with wardrobe and single bed for rent. Looking for a female paying guest,should be a pet lover as we have a dog (Golden Retriver).Our house is 1 min walking from Bus Stop, Lalor, Thomastown & Epping Metro stations are in 3 Km distance. Close to RMIT & La Trobe University. Rent one person $500 per month including elec, water and gas; Moving costs 2 wks rent, $500 in advance +3 weeks bond, (refundable on vacation).
