Fully furnished ready to move in room for rent $175 a week . Room has a queen bed with side table, build in robe and a corner chair, ceiling fan. Rent includes utilities ( gas, water, electricity) Internet can be added for $15 a month. Property is 3 min walk from bus stop and gave 2 shopping centres in 1-10km radius You can cook your own food or we can food share (amount to be discussed ). We have a no alcohol, boyfriends in the house and halal food policy. House is occupied by the owners couple. House is 3 bedroom, master at the front with ensuite (occupied by owners). 2 rooms are at the back which will be occupied by the tenants. Tenants bath and toilet is separate. Only after female tenants no couples, male or single parents. Husband work odd hours and will only accept female tenant Want someone who is neat, clean and quiet. Will need a copy of passport or drivers licence, one month rent and a bond $500 will be given upon arrival. If movein date is more than 3-5 days a hold off amount of $100 will be requested and will be returned as soon as you move in ( only because have experienced people committing and than changing there mind which makes me start the process from the start) Couple work full time. After a long term tenant with minimum stay for 6 month a months advance notice before moving out. Inspection can be arrange for the evenings in weekday and afternoon during weekends ($150 a week if build split 3 ways on due date )
