The apartment is a two bedroom apartment. As one of my flatmate is leaving next month, One room will be free. the room is suitable for a single person.The living area lets loads of natural light in and includes heating. The kitchen has gas cooking and front loader washing machine.The bedroom is good in size and include built in robes which is suitable for one person. The central bathroom has shower over bath. Other features include wooden Venetians though out, and security intercom entry.The internet bill will be extra and shared. which will come around $35.The living room is well furnished and kitchen got all the appliances.The room doesn't have any furniture, so you need to bring in your own stuff.2 mins walk to tram stop and milk bar. 10 minutes walk to chapel st, 10 minutes drive to Coles, Woolworths and library, 15 Minutes drive to Prahran Market.I'm looking for a clean, quite and respectful person to share this apartment with.Please feel free to call or message.Thank you, Manoj
