Spacious beautiful house with lots of sunlight! Well maintained, Fully Furnished house with all amenities. Its a 2 Bedroom apartment where the main bedroom is currently occupied and looking for a male roommate for the 2nd bedroom. There is a storage room and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen is modular and fully furnished with Fridge, Microwave, Toaster and all cooking utensils. The house is also furnished with Urban Ladder furniture (Sofa, Recliner, Dining Table, Coffee Table). TV, Wifi connection, Washing machine also present. There are 2 maids currently working - one for food and one for cleaning. All the bills(TV, electricity, gas, internet) to be divided equally between the roommates. Want someone who will keep the house clean and maintain the hygiene.
