House - The house is a fairly nice and airy 2 BHK apartment. It is furnished with basic items like - bed, cupboard, dinning table, sofa, etc and some luxury stuff like - refrigerator, ac and cooking gas stove. The building is in a good society (with a pool and gym - dont know how many people actually use the facilities though) :)
Location: Oshiwara (Andheri West) close to Lokhandwala. Ten mins from Infinity Mall and Mega Mall. Its 15 mins ride to Jogeshwari Station as well.
Availability: House is available form April 7, 2011
Expected share of rent: Rs. 18500/- per month. You need not contirbute to the security deposit. :)
Other details: Short term stay (for no less than 2 months is also alright).">
