Current Situation - We are two cousins staying in the 2bhk fully furnished flat and are looking for flatmates. We are chilled out no non sense people and we dont poke our nose in anyones business. Area - 1 minute walk from cafe coffee day circle in lokhandwala, Andheri West. Facilities Drawing room - Television with Satellite Cable, Sofas, Coffee Table, Praying Area. Kitchen - Fully Equipped with utensils and exhaust chimney, gas etc (vegetarians, non - vegetarians are both welcome) Room - Double bed with bunker, bedsheets and pillows provided, Attached western bathroom, Cupboard, Laundry Bag and Chairs. No timing Restrictions. Facilities included in rent - Clothes Washing once a week in automated washing machine, cleaning service by househelp. Not included in Rent - Electricity, which will be shared by all residents. Amount Payable (Sharing)
