I am looking for a female roommate for a spacious 1BHK in Matunga West. The hall and bedroom have separate entrances and each has been converted into a bedroom, making it a large 2 RK.The bedroom is available for rent. The room is fully furnished with a large double bed, side tables, book shelves, a wall cupboard and an air conditioner. The flat is also fully furnished with all the amenities- washing machine, fridge, microwave, gas stove, piped gas connection and wifi.There is also a maid who does dishes and cleans the house everyday.The flat is a 5 minute walk from Matunga West station. its located in a safe society complex which has 24/7 security.Rent for the room is 25,000 per month (negotiable), excluding the monthly expenditure (gas, maid, wifi, electricity, groceries) which will be based on actuals. Deposit is 50,000 (refundable)The space is available from the 1st of march. Only single occupancy for the room.Please feel free to share this with friends.
