Steal deal - 2 Rooms available for flatmates in a 3bhk - 21st floor - 10k/40k per room - MumbaiThe flat is located in a highrise apartment complex in Malad West (4.5 mins walk to Link road) with a nice view. We wish to let out to:- 2 people in a room (5k each- 20k dep each),OR- 1 person in a room (10k - 40k dep)This flat is not furnished but we have basic necessities covered, like, tv, refrigerator, fully automatic washing machine, gas, utensils, wifi. Additional costs would be the electricity bill, gas bill, wifi bill, groceries, and other household expenses, etc., which will be shared equally.There is no brokerage, however, the new members would be required to pay for the registration of rental agreement for (11 months). Police verification will be required.
